If any quality issues arise with system components during the warranty period, VEYON’s well-trained engineers will provide immediate support via phone. Should on-site service be required, please consult your sales representative to make the necessary arrangements.

From the date the machine acceptance documents are signed or the machine is delivered to the customer’s site (whichever occurs first), VEYON provides a one-year quality warranty covering the entire machine. If an extended warranty is required, please contact your regional sales representative for further discussion.

Online Installation & Training

When customers need assistance with installation, machine maintenance, or operator training, VEYON provides a complete suite of digital resources. Our online library includes step-by-step guides, training videos, and e-learning courses to ensure you can confidently and safely operate your equipment.
Beyond machine operation and maintenance tutorials, we also offer specialized digital training designed to build your foundational skills in laser cutting, press brake operation, punching technology, and other core metalworking processes.

Onsite Service

Every customer who purchases equipment from VEYON receives full access to our onsite after-sales service once the machine arrives. Our experienced global service team supports clients worldwide, with engineers who have worked in over 50 countries and assisted more than 600 users.
Our technicians are highly trained across a wide range of equipment—including CNC press brakes, hydraulic shears, punching machines, hydraulic presses, laser cutting systems, and other advanced metalworking machines.

To ensure a smooth and efficient installation, customers are encouraged to prepare essential items beforehand, such as hydraulic oil, cables, metal sheets, rulers, and other basic materials. Proper preparation significantly reduces installation time and guarantees a seamless setup.

Machine Spare Parts

During the warranty period, VEYON follows its official Maintenance Service Terms and Limited Spare Parts Warranty to provide free repair services for all eligible VEYON products.

If any machine components fail due to non-human causes during the warranty period, VEYON will supply the required spare parts at no cost. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, VEYON will coordinate with a local dealer or technician to assist onsite. Our service center offers 24/7 online support to VEYON machine users around the world.

Our skilled technical team is equipped to diagnose issues efficiently. Minor problems may be resolved over the phone or via online guidance, while more complex situations may require an onsite technician to inspect and repair the equipment. After assessment, we provide a clear and effective restoration plan.
